8 Washington Apples
24 10-inch Flour Tortillas
¾ C. Honey Mustard
3 lbs. Brie Cheese
1 ½ lbs. Ham lunch meat, cut into strips
Romaine Lettuce
Directions Core apples and cut into thin wedges; set aside.
For each sandwich: place one tortilla on flat surface; spread with 1 tablespoon honey-mustard; place 2 oz. brie, 1 oz. ham, and 1 oz. lettuce over honey-mustard.
Wrap tortilla tightly around filling. Cut sandwich in half on diagonal. Serve immediately or wrap well in plastic wrap.
Pear Angel
1/2 cup cored, pared, and coarsely chopped fresh USA pear
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup coarsely chopped peach
2/3 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz pomegranate juice
Directions In blender, combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
